The reception staff were friendly and helpful . the hotel is near to public transport. It made getting around simple. i found many restaurants and cafes nearby, a convenience i really appreciated.
I noticed that my room lacked tea-making facilities. This was a minor inconvenience.

The double room offered precisely what i needed, cleanliness and comfort. i liked the pleasant view of the rooftops. It. everything was new and functioned perfectly.

The staff showed attentiveness to my requests. They were always available and had a smile. although my room was small, it was very clean, which i value most. i found the proximity to the metro practical for getting around.
